Photography & Location Shoots
The perfect photograph is easily obtained with the Cotton Mill as the backdrop. Professional models, Bridals, Engagements, and family portraits have all been produced utilizing the charm, texture & history of the building.
The Cotton Mill is also a great location for movies, documentaries, and catalog shoots. As you can see by the video above, it's also a great location for Music Videos.
Photography pricing is $350 per day or $50 per hour (2 hour minimum beginning January 1, 2009). Location (Video) Production pricing is $750-$1,500 per day depending on needs. Weekly rates are also available.

ANYONE attending the shoot must complete a Release and Waiver of Liability Form. One form per person unless the person is a minor. If the subject is a minor, the parent/guardian must include the minor's name on the parent's waiver. The waiver MUST be witnessed (not notarized) by two people over the age of 21.
Payment and Waivers MUST be provided to The Cotton Mill at least 3 days prior to the scheduled shoot. If the shoot is "last minute" please call or e-mail to make special arrangements.
To schedule a shoot, e-mail the date, time, length of shoot, name(s) of people attending, and if props will be used in the shoot.
Please be mindful of our tenants. The Cotton Mill is on the National Register of Historic Places so please do not alter or change anything. Thank you for choosing The Cotton Mill. We appreciate your help in following these guidelines for all of our photographers.
